Supposedly, your team is blue and the enemy team is... not blue.
It seems randomized what team gets what colors. Not an issue, but not intentional according to the update log.
Priority level: Incredibly low.

It's more that it's not clear from the update notes because I didn't take PvP into account, but party 1 (your party in PvE) will be blue, and party 2 (enemy party in PvE) will be purple. Who is party 1 and who is party 2 is determined by who starts the fight in PvP. But this isn't a bug from what's being described.

Yes, but I'm talking in PVE. Monsters can be the Blue Team.

I think it depends on who initiates, still, like Dev said. If the monster initiates by touching you, or if you initiate by touching it.
