100% chance of Tarnadas - Autumn - 10-12-2015
The 10* Katana, Tarnada, appears to have a 100% chance of activating on critical hit, as its never failed to activate for me.

It's definitely not 100%, seems to be around 75% from my testing.
Also happened 2/5 times with 0 UL.
