Whispers when done during battles can be heard as if it was in Say. Which is bad for when people want to keep things quiet but still watch a fight and discuss things with each other during said fight as spectators.

I'm not sure how whispers function for the actual participants, but it's possible they're also buggy. Someone should test it. Hah, I'm funny.

In battle, whispers cover the whole field, too.
