No More Bubble Baths - Clockworkers Doll - 12-13-2015
Ensui's bubble icon seems to be broken, as in it does not appear over your icon when equipped.

Adjusted - Dragon swords (Narcus, Ensui, Kirosh, Setsuna) and their unique visual overlay is now only applied in battle.
