Apparently if you have ambidexterity on and CRIPPLE ARM someone. It won't even fire. Like. You waste Momentum. And FP. But nothing happens.

I think this was tied with Ambidexterity + LongDraw + GaleArrows and a melee off-hand weapon.
So this should probably just be marked as solved.
