Bulwark does not provide damage reduction from the front, or at all for that matter.

Well this is embarassing, it was not working earlier, but after another test it seems to be working again, this was with a buckler, Soldier/Soldier vs Hexer/BK, I was asked to put up the thread but this is solved now apparently.
