Yet another flier has been pasted in many of Sigrogana's more populated areas, telling of the open slots for (unpaid/volunteer) SEC employees. Directions to the building can be noted, reading "in the western portion of Cellsvich's housing district, a purple-roofed building which can be found on the bottom row, and is the second house (a purple-roofed one) on the row." Finally, the required information and such can be examined. They appear to take up a solid half of the page.
