Set Layer<2 - iDarkCara - 01-15-2016
You can set layers of furniture in your house to below 2 which causes you to be unable to interact with them. I thought I was adjusting the vertical offset and ended up losing an item mount. I now have 3 non-removable dense spots in my house.

Use .click to target things under the ground so you can change their layer.
