Raging Crescent Rook only gets +2 range, instead of the (I believe) standard +3.

As someone who's recently been using a Raging Duelist, Sidecut and Silcut also only get +2, going from 4 (3 + ending tile) to 6 (5 + ending tile.) I thought that was normal.

+2 is the standard, but it depends on the skill. For example, Raging Shinken gets +2 steps. So this isn't a bug.
