Rainy Day Guild - Mivereous - 02-17-2016
It seems that moving via portal from one mage guild where it is raining to another one where it is not, does not remove the sound effect of rain. This happened when moving from Dormeho to Tannis; I am unsure if other places are affected in the same manner.
