Dual Power - Trexmaster - 06-02-2016
Dual Power doesn't affect the scaling of weapons (in this case I tested a tome, and a hakoken or whatever katana, with 70/70~ WIL/SKI and 9 STR. I did the same damage with it on or off in both scenarios, even though it should be altering the scaling).
Of course, with how weapons scale now, Dual Power will probably need to be reworked entirely anyways.

It's on my list, but no one needs to report bugs for skills on classes I haven't touched yet.
