Heaven is Underfoot - Rendar - 06-14-2016 Heaven Kick at R5 (or at least the freezing heaven kick variant) does not give the proper Urazawa effect. It states that enemies within 5 range of the target. In testing, it did it within 5 range of the attacker instead. It's very minor, but it can cause some disparity with targeting due to the RNG nature of Heaven Kick. Proof: Re: Heaven is Underfoot - Neus - 06-14-2016 This has been corrected.
