LOOC Toggle - Chaos - 06-19-2016
Since some people keep the OOC off for various reasons, the new Local OOC feature can be easily swept under the rug for a significant amount of players. Considering the intent behind LOOC being implemented, this shouldn't be happening.
Can we grant LOOC its own toggle, separate from OOC?

I added a new option to the existing OOC setting that lets you show LOOC only.
