Originally I had planned on doing a lot of fancy screenshots and formulating and walking the viewers through how Aptitude doesn't add bonus experience to the current rates.... but it's so much simpler to go:
Aptitude currently does not effect experience rates (scaled or not) like how it advertises.

My bad, managed to catch onto the fact there was a pre-existing one when I went to report Luck but not this one. X_X
