Goblin Shaman Woefully Underwhelming Post-GR - Exxy - 06-28-2016 I'm not sure if it should be changed (for comedic relief) but the damage Goblin Shamans can do now is laughable to the lolest degree. See pictures for details: Note: Second picture is of my character's Res (I did not want to post my full stats for obvious reason). Last to note, there should be only 5% Resistance to account for from Sanctity. Edit: I would suggest for Dev to check other monsters that are spellcasters and are affected by this to ensure they're working as intended by him.
