Nothing keeps Armor of Eyes Down - Kameron8 - 07-13-2016
Armor of eyes has reverted back to ignoring Guile's flank bonus, despite the change from 1.58q. Tested with multiple individuals with armor of eyes. Hit chance will not change from side or back attacks against them.

Once again, this is still an issue on live. This costs people up to 50 hit for no reason.
