I don't think Improvised weapon has any scaling, that or the few characters I've tested it across don't have the right stats, if it doesn't have scaling, I suggest 100% Guile, for craftiness.

Personally, I think it should be higher because it's not like you can upgrade these weapons and their base stats are very lackluster.

I agree, some sort of guile scaling would be cool, I hate discussing this sort of stuff in bug reports so I'll keep it short.
