- Puts away/sells everything possible before LEing
- Still overencumbered
- "I have quests to turn in. I'll LE in front of the terminal and get my encumberance back instantly.
- Tries to turn in a quest with only experience and murai rewards, nothing to do with inventory

... I am not amused. Change this. Seriously. I get why this was put in in the first place, but this has ZERO INFLUENCE ON INVENTORY ANYWAYS.

Okay. I changed it to where it will only prevent cashing out requests that give items.
