The dodge formula, especially Protection from Arrows, seems horribly fubar'd.

Something is fishy with this and I can't figure out what. I know, for a fact, that Protection from Arrows is busted, however.
Protection from Arrows, in this preview is only giving +16 of the +40 it is supposed to provide.

I think the problem is that stacking evade and cel, is ALOT easier than stacking hit and skill.

clicked from the front page, also I don't think this is a bug. as you havent tested the dodge without ma bonus. and then with unarmed only, then with both.

On a real note, I'll go test with Protection from Arrows at rank 1-5 for Lolzy's "This isn't a bug" claim even though it clearly is because I'm not getting the whole +40

New test: Using no innates/passives, we test to see what dodge is like up to the point of ranking up Protection from Arrows.
