Hikari's Fake Blessing - Blissey - 09-03-2016
Hikari's a farce and she should be hung for [strike]embezzling[/strike] extortion -- but anyway.
Hikari's Blessing doesn't seem to apply and the status icon persists through log-ins. Simply donate 1 Murai (or all your Murai for the glory of Mercala) to have her apply her blessing, and weep at the revelation that all your money was invested for naught.

Actually it does apply, but it only does so in combat so the stat changes won't show up in the character screen outside of combat.

Oh, well, it still persists through log-ins, something that's never happened before. At least the icon does.

One of Dev's newer changes allow for buffs that persist through multiple fights survive reboots as well, Hikari's Blessing was one of them. Prayer is another.
