Magnetize Issue - Exxy - 09-03-2016
Currently I'm unable to proc a Magnetize of the appropriate duration at all. I'm unsure if Magnet counts inversely (as in taking away instead of adding onto the duration) or if it's just not proc'ing via the skill.
