Like i was reading unban requests because i enjoy doing that kinda thing....heh....And i saw 'cybering' like...cyber bullying? what does it mean?

Cybering is the act of sexual action and intercourse in an environment that can't support it. Cybering is against the ToS of BYOND, and by extension against SL2's rules. Cyber bullying is just bullying and flaming others, which unfortunately happens a lot on BYOND and SL2, both directly and indirectly, regardless of BYOND's ToS and SL2's rules against it.
edit: I just noticed you weren't asking what cyber bullying was but oh well.
