Concealment - Plain Bug (Again?) - FiresTFS - 10-14-2016
I have 4 Subpoints allocated in the Plain subtalent, as shown here;

At Lv.3 of that talent, it should be hiding your offhand/armor as shown in it's description here;

Hands - gloves, gauntlets, bands, etc. Things that go on your hands.
Shields - shields.
It doesn't say "offhand" it says "hands and shields". Weapons will count as weapons, which go with R5.
Don't think it's a bug.
