The Pumpkin monsters don't drop them as near as anyone I have asked can tell and nobody I have spoken too has managed to successfully gather from them. I mean its impossible to say this for certainty but it seems likely there is a problem.

Just to be 100% clear I also mean the gather points(That look like pumpkins) on the field aren't working yeah. But I think that was reasonably clear.
