Can't level Talents - BakiTheFox - 11-14-2016
I'm a new player in this game and thought to level talents I had to put in a whole lot of points to level up once in Talents, but according to the OOC, that's not the case. This seems to be a bug. I've resolved the issue! It was because of Byond's beta. Stick to their current to fix this I guess.
