The 'World' stamp seems to only be giving +1 duration to food, instead of +3.

I eat food with the +1 and +3 stamps, it lasts 12 battles.
I eat food with no stamps, it lasts 10 battles.

Sadly I can't replicate this. You can try unequipping and re-equipping the stamp and seeing if that helps, maybe?
