[QUE] Weather Patterns: The Coming and Going of Storms - Exxy - 11-24-2016
I noticed this recent-most reboot that it was raining in the same spot on the overworld map on both servers. Was this RNG playing a joke on me or is weather-based effects ran on a time clock as well?

Probably just RNG, I don't think the current weather status is actually saved.
