Varon's retaliate doesn't work, also players cannot see how much rage energy he has.
Replicated using total control, not AI control.

The skill can be used, but on use, does nothing but play the sound effect. No damage is dealt, it's unknown if Rage Energy is spent as we have no way to see it, and momentum is spent for the action.
