[Closed] Hikari's Blessing Working Outside of Battle - Exxy - 11-30-2016
Currently as it stands, you can purchase an optional buff from Hikari for a bonus of +2 to WIL and FAI but the WIL doesn't activate until in-battle.
Would it be okay to allow the bonus WIL (and possibly bonus FAI) to work outside of battle in the form of tangible bonus stats?

I think slots go by base FAI though.
