Bellow and Evasion - MegaBlues - 12-17-2016
Bellow doesn't seem to trigger Evasion. I tested this with enough evade/hit penalties to reliably evade the Scarebear's basic attacks, though Bellow never triggered evasion despite multiple tests. I'm not sure if any other enemy skills suffer from this issue, but I was able to reliably trigger Evasion on Angler Light from Delvers.
