Can Bloody Palms' Claret Call duration be increased by the Claret Call innate?
It currently overrides the status with a lower duration one because it's a higher LV (at 11-12 UL).

I'd rather not. It gives you a choice when using it; using the stronger but shorter one, or the weaker but longer one.

It makes it best to keep them at 10 UL, which isn't something you can do if you've already upgraded them.
