Ritual items are consumed even if the user clicks cancel after using the item, I'm not sure if its really a bug but it would be nice if that didn't happen.
Also, if you click cancel in the spirit selection part of the weapon cursing ritual you will still advance to the next screen, although I don't know what happens if you try to choose a weapon after that since I clicked cancel.

Ritual items being the stuff you get from the manor? Yeah.
They're behaving like the pre-fix Mat. Change Kits, for reference.
