Slow-motion Ryesers [Ryeser bug] - Snake - 05-20-2017

The on-crit effect of Ryeser (momentum reduction if they don't resist lightning) is not working if your enemy is faster than you, for some reason.

Tested this against a Ghost who was, initially, slower than me. From the middle of the fight onwards when their CEL surpassed mine, their momentum was only dropping when they skipped their turn and let me act first.

Maybe it's acting like Quickdraw, where it only works if your enemy has 6+M? I have no idea.

Err, are you sure they have any Momentum to reduce if they're moving before you? Obviously it's not going to drop the Momentum they get at the start of a new round.

Fern just explained me that on Discord just about now and I was about to delete the thread. This was just because I sort of thought the momentum erasing was similar to how Knockdown works. But since Knockdown is an on-round effect, it should work completely different.
