My character is a Converted Vampire, Was originally a Felidae.
I tested out the blood ruby since it's supposed to be fixed.
On a jammer in the jammer cave, I received 10 essense when i should have gotten 12. 10 min +2 from lvl 1 prayer.
Went to test it out on a fire spitter since that was the closest dungeon at the time.
The fire spitter has 12 vit, so i should have gotten 14 essense since their vit is lower than mine. I did not, I got 12.
The blood ruby still seems to not function correctly.
In my experience, It hasn't worked properly since prayer tools were introduced.
