You've hit your limit, marksman! - Fern - 07-31-2017 Probably more an oversight than anything else, but: It is currently impossible to max out this part of the talent tree, compared to the other weapon-related ones. Steps to find out: 1. Open the talents window 2. Spend all points possible into Marksmanship 3. Realize that unlike the other trees, this one can't max out no matter what you do. Is this intentional? If not, it could most likely easily be solved by raising the Subpoints Cap for it. Re: You've hit your limit, marksman! - Neus - 08-01-2017 Probably no harm in making in 1.5 points per level.
