Just Tooling Around - Shade Genkai - 08-22-2017 The tool belt is able to be toggled on and off in the middle of a battle if the command for toggling it is typed into the command bar or a macro containing said command is used. Not really much else to say here. Though using a shovel should probably have a higher FP cost.
