Meditate and Sheathe sword do not get a decreased momentum requirement in Stylish dungeons.
And while probably not a bug, High-Speed Divine Word invocations cannot be casted twice in the same round, rendering HSDW useless in stylishes - it'd be nice if this wasn't the case, only with HSDW active.

Both of those skills consume all of your remaining Momentum, so why would they get reductions?
The latter is intentional and just a way Stylish fights work.

That's more a Balance-Fu than anything now. But in my opinion and for comfort, Sheath Sword should only use 1M, and Meditate should use 3M on Stylish.
