the new potential for Excel won't consume the final charge of excel in your stack, but will still do the level 1 enhancement with each hit.

actually charge weapon won't increase level at all, instead increases rounds, and attacks consume rounds.

Despite being only a 35% increase in damage per charge, it seems to be doing a whole lot of damage still, I'd suggest checking if its accidentally stacking with the actual weapon charge, I lack the chimeric eyes to check this myself.

No, its only creating the new version of excel charge not the old.
Also damage doesn't increase by spammin charge.
I was only testing with a hasta though.
