Ripple Dimension Part 2 - Raigen.Convict - 06-13-2018
Currently, Ripple Dimension does not allow multiple stacks to be gained from a single summon, forcing you to only be able to acquire typically two stacks of it when summoning.
Steps to reproduce:
Step 1: Summon a youkai with Impact call and ripple dimension equipped against multiple targets.
Step 2: Observe as Ripple dimension only hits level 1, when Impact call affected two or more enemies.
Step 3: Summon again, with a similar effect, and only gain level 2 of Ripple Dimension.

It's not supposed to stack multiple times per enemy hit.

My appologies on this, it'd be best to add a tip to the skill explaining this so people do not misunderstand in the future.
