Red Rain can inflict KO'd enemy players with claret call, leading to them being susceptible for rebound.

Yeah. Had that used, really unpleasant in team fights when your dead allies can still get used against you.

Building on this, since I'm sure this isn't intentional. (And by building on I mean hijacking this post a second, sorry Spo.)
I believe Banquet (vampire racial) can also be used on corpses. Which, although makes sense from an IC perspective, is pretty unfair mechanically since it allows Vampires to sit and casually succ their way back to full HP via banquet/silvermists spam.
