Heavy Bow Mastery? - Raigen.Convict - 10-03-2018
Heavy Bow Mastery from Arbalest seems to be having 0 effect on power with a 20 weight bow weapon, as reported to me by 'XanderCrescent' over the game's OOC, even when pushing the weight to 22, it had 0 effect.

I would appreciate if someone would test this because without details it's hard to know if this is user error or not.
