Charachin's Mad - Blissey - 01-06-2019 It's raining twice in Dormeho and in Cellsvich; this does not seem to apply to the overworld. It seems to happen randomly when it starts to rain, as I didn't see an immediate double-shower when I logged in to the rain in Cellsvich. Gifs below provided by Sboobs.
