As it is, if a battle indicator is beneath a bonepile or something like the raid event, there's no way to actually interact with it. Can we have the observe battle command be clickable via the context menu?

I second that. So many times I couldn't save a friend who was dying because I was unable to click it.

I agree fully with this, however a workaround currently is to use .dblclick and select Battle-indicator.
