Persistant monster mercenaries - Detective100 - 05-21-2019
When you have mercenaries off, but your other party members have mercenaries on in their preferences, the monster mercenaries you have will still appear, even if you don't want them to.
At the moment, it can be worked around if everyone remembers to turn off mercenaries. Not everyone remembers to do it however, and can't really blame them- It feels like a roundabout way to work around it.

That's how it works, preferences apply in party order, so it goes Leader -> PM2 -> PM3 -> PM4 on priority.
If you're the leader with Mercenaries off, your party cannot bring forth mercenaries. To fix this, just be a leader next time.

In any case, I've changed it to where if you don't have your own setting on to use them, they won't appear, even if they could.
