[v2.26.5] Retreating Swipe Narcus Bug - Autumn - 06-06-2020
It seems that retreating swipe is applying the on-hit effect from Narcus somehow as of this update, I'm not sure how it happened but eating it head on was evident enough to me.
It might be applying other on-hit effects as well.

This was due to a bug with a new item potential as a result of the hotfix.
