Sanguine Crest not working - Perdition - 11-06-2020

https://gyazo.com/e7af22953e12d18f1af46d602c5e77c9 These are my stats without it. The only change is the 3 luck, which was because of my Amiras prayer. Other than that there is absolutely no change to my stats with sanguine crest active.
