[2.38b] Ascended Seiryuu not compatible with Seiryuu Tessen's Potential Skill - Aquinox - 01-31-2021 The Seiryuu Tessen's potential skill's ability to consume 3M from a summoned Seiryuu does not seem to work with Ascended Seiryuu. I still receive the Punishing Winds effect, but it takes the full length of the invocation instead of being reduced by 3M due to the Seiryuu. When I attempted the invocation with a regular Seiryuu, the invocation correctly costed 3M instead of the full 6M and took from the Seiryuu's momentum to do so.
