Ninja Fluffles is annoying to find - Snake - 04-05-2021

This quest is not very newplayer-friendly given Fluffles can hide behind houses and keep moving in circles, completely avoiding the eyes of even oldbies. People never really care much about it because they don't care about CEL for being tanks, so that's why no one raised a complaint about the worst and most long or RNG-heavy quest to be completed out of all the other stamps.

Could this pest give you a sign they're in the specific housing sect for players as they enter the map? Something like

"You can see some recent scratch marks here and there... Whoever left those may not be far from here."

And on top of that, if the mob spots a player...

"MEOW! HISS! SHINEI!"

As that cat tries to move away.

Gotta agree with Kunai here fluffles is quite a nuisance when it comes to finding them in either of the housing districts the main issue is it can hide behind houses which is painfully annoying for having to wait for it to come out from its game of hide and seek.

Make an alternate solution for the quest where we can buy them a new cat and heavily insist that it's Fluffles, and then just outright take the stamp from her.

Fluffles could move in a set pattern around the market district probably instead of in each of the housing districts, going from each housing district to the next takes a very long time due to how large the city is.

Or as a further bandaid instead, you could have each housing district be an option to teleport to on the town map, that would fix a few more problems.

Clicking the little blue blur is a bit of a bitch and a half for touchpad users too. Can we just like get some cat bait with some chloral hydrate in it to throw down or something?
