phoenix not mercalan? [2.47] - DonoftheDerps - 07-05-2021

so I noticed that using graft on a vampire got the drastic heal reduction, but phoenix from lanternbearer does not

step 1: get a lot of faith
step 2: be a lanternbearer
step 3: watch graft heal minimal but phoenix heals full

 Its not a mercalan spell. Its a spell the church tries to control rply, but its not mercala, its from an ancient psuedoelemental.

I was just checking cause ranger heals and other things get the mercalan heal debuff

I mean it might mechanically be a bug, LB spells are notoriously old.
