Simple add thread mat change kits to the game I know several people want sunderthread on their stuff (+electric attack) I know I personally want to stick those tasty resistances on gear i can't craft.

I also second this. It's hard to build resistances for fire if your equipment's material is cloth.

I added some recipes that let you make material change kits for the thread mats.
